Below is a breakdown of our maintenance services. Our services can include minimum maintenance to full site weekly maintenance.

Hourly Maintenance

Hourly maintenance options will allow the client to make changes and upgrades of an existing web page on the client's web site. This is a good option for clients who will not change their information on a regular basis. This can include text and graphic changes or the addition or subtraction of e-mail accounts.

Basic Maintenance Plan

Includes 6 (six) hours of website maintenance per year. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, ftp's, etc. This service does not apply to the actual full redesign of a website.

General Maintenance Plan

Includes 12 (twelve) hours of website maintenance per year. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, ftp's, etc. This service does not apply to the full actual redesign of a website.

Advanced Maintenance Plan

Includes 24 (twenty four) hours of website maintenance per year. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, ftp's, etc. This service does not apply to the full actual redesign of a website.

Client Maintained

Adobe Contribute is a software application for editing the content of a website. It is a desktop application, originally developed by Macromedia, allowing a wide variety of people within an organization to update web pages by reducing the amount of web design skills necessary for the process. Additional changes billed at an hourly rate from the date that the contract is signed. Maintenance options will allow the client to make changes and upgrades to 20% of an existing web page on the client's web site. The maintenance or upgrades will begin on the date that the contract is signed. Upgrades will be done on a fifteen (15) minute increments, All upgrades that exceed the total hourly maintenance, will be billed at the appropriate hourly rate for that plan at fifteen (15) minute increments. No other parties shall have the right to change or alter the client's Website other than TGM Designs, or the owner(s) of the client's during this maintenance period. If the client or an agent other than TGM Designs attempts updating the client's web pages, time to repair web pages will be assessed at the appropriate hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating time.
