Our maintenance plan includes: website enhancements, adding new content, search engine optimization, bug fixing and technical support.

A website maintenance contract or agreement should be considered if you are planning on implementing any of the following services for you website or if you are planning to periodically change the content of the website.

	If you periodically or regularly require the content to be refreshed.
	The addition to existing content features added or deleted regularly, news updates, new links or broken links redirected or replaced due to outside sources, search engine strategies re-analysis, etc. Fresh content development will be billed at a reduced rate with every maintenance agreement in place.
	If you require periodic alteration to graphics or fresh images and/or graphic alterations such as color, text, special promotional services, etc. This service does not cover the cost of new graphic or image creations, only the update of current graphics or content will apply.

Quality assurance checks and repair of broken link's or graphics as well as overlooked typos, if any, are covered under warranty for 90 days after development. After that, all services will be billed if a maintenance agreement or contract has not been arranged.

A maintenance contract can be entered into agreement at anytime. You do not have to purchase website design services from us in order to qualify for a maintenance agreement contract. We regularly accept website's that have been designed by another designer.

Once an agreement is made for which maintenance plan will be provided by TGM Designs, you will be required to sign a maintenance agreement or contract stating the terms of the arranged agreement.
